My curiosity led me to experiment with how the analogous colors, yellow and orange, would appear in a painting. This pastel painting features several oranges (sweet) and lemons (sour), plus one pomegranate, a blue ceramic dish, and a brown enamelware container. The addition of the brass planter adds to the overall warmth of the painting.
