"The Inner Circle" depicts four Bosque pears that have the golden look typical of this kind, with blushing rosy patches. I placed them on a blue plate with purple undertones, and shined a bright light on the composition. The light washed out the ceramic plate color to a light blue and exaggerated the shadows to a deep blue - casting very interesting shadow patterns on the plate and the table top. It was a fun painting with lots of bouncing reflections.

"The Inner Circle" is painted in oil on canvas and is 11" x 14" in size. It will be framed with a "gold" wood frame.
